- Coordinate daily vehicle placement and dispatch operations.
- Manage and monitor vehicle movement from loading to delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and branch teams for smooth operations.
- Handle vehicle availability, trip planning, route coordination, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on vehicle reporting, loading, unloading, and transit status.
- Resolve operational issues related to vehicles, drivers, routes, and deliveries.
- Maintain daily traffic/vehicle movement reports and operational MIS.
- Monitor delays, breakdowns, detention, and other trip-related issues and take timely action.
- Coordinate with Gujarat and Jaipur teams to ensure timely execution of transportation activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to vehicle and trip operations.
- Support the Traffic Manager in achieving operational efficiency and timely delivery commitments.
- Maintain solid coordination with customers and internal departments.
