Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Sourcing, Candidate Engagement, and Tech to lead a team responsible for candidate sourcing, talent identification, candidate engagement, talent pool management, recruiting funnel analysis, reporting and recruitment operations.

The role will involve close collaboration with US-based recruitment teams and business stakeholders, with strong ownership of team performance, sourcing effectiveness, reporting accuracy and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Sourcing / Candidate Engagement / TA professionals.
- People management is mandatory, including team allocation, performance management, coaching, feedback and team development.
- Drive candidate identification through ATS, CRM, candidate databases and sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain qualified talent pools aligned with business hiring requirements.
- Oversee passive candidate sourcing, candidate engagement and warm-lead generation.
- Ensure quality and timely handoff of qualified candidates to recruiters and US recruitment teams.
- Analyze application volumes, recruiting funnels, sourcing performance and candidate pipeline data.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and leadership presentations.
- Identify performance trends, gaps, risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with US recruitment teams, business stakeholders and enablement teams.
- Maintain data quality, reporting standards and process compliance.




- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing, reporting and candidate engagement processes.
- Manage multiple priorities, deadlines and ad-hoc stakeholder requirements in a high-volume environment.

Mandatory Requirements

- 10+ years of overall experience in Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Engagement, Recruitment Operations, Recruiting Analytics or related areas.
- Robust people management experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing, coaching and developing recruitment/sourcing teams.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing, talent pool management and pipeline development.
- Experience working with US stakeholders / US recruitment teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Advanced MS Excel, including pivot tables, data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM/candidate sourcing platforms such as Talemetry or comparable tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze recruiting funnel/application data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.

Preferred Experience

- Recruitment technology / candidate engagement platforms.
- Sourcing or Talent Acquisition operations.
- Recruiting funnel / applicant flow reporting.
- Experience working with global, GCC, shared-services or large-scale recruitment environments.
- Experience collaborating with US retained recruiting, analytics, enablement or business leadership teams.
