Lead fabrication and site execution of façade signage (ACP cladding, LED), canopy, pylon, and high‑mast signage. Manage project timelines, coordinate contractors and a 10–15 member team, work on mechanical design (AutoCAD), manage new product development, and use ERP, G‑Drive, and MS Office for seamless project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Banking & Corporate Branding – Façade signage, ACP cladding, LED displays.
- Oil Sector (Retail Outlets) – Canopy fabrication, pylon installation, high-mast signage, and more.
- Engineering & Technical Know-how – Strong understanding of signage structures, fabrication tools, materials, and site execution processes.
- Project Coordination – Ability to handle project timelines, team coordination, and contractor supervision.
- Client Communication – Clear and timely updates to clients with a solution-driven approach.
- Mechanical Design – Able to read and draw mechanical design.
- New Product Development – Knowledge of end-to-end process of new product development.




- Site Execution – Must have knowledge of site execution process and provide its solution.
- Software Proficiency – Familiarity with ERP, AutoCAD, G-Drive, and MS Office.
- Industry Experience – Prior work in signage fabrication or branding projects is highly preferred.
- Team Leadership & Delegation – Responsible for leading a team of 10–15 members, ensuring effective task allocation, proper delegation of responsibilities, and monitoring progress to achieve team and organizational goals.

Qualification & Skills:

- Positive knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets.
- B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical).
- Strong mechanical skills, able to read client drawings.
- Knowledge of standard materials like MS, SS, and Aluminium characteristics.
- Knowledge of mechanical processes and having polite & responsible behavior.
- Good mail writing skills and knowledge of office tools.
