Role: Strategy and MIS

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage and analyse SCM data to enable data-driven decision-making and management reviews.
2. Prepare and share periodic MIS reports, dashboards, presentations and performance summaries.
3. Track SCM KPIs, strategic initiatives, action plans and process-improvement programmes.
4. Analyse procurement, supplier, delivery, cost and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate and consolidate business inputs.
6. Support the SCM team in strategic planning, business reviews and timely closure of key action items.

Candidate Requirements

1. Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or Management.
2. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other data visualisation tools.
4. Good understanding of supply chain processes, performance metrics, business reporting and stakeholder management.
