We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager – Recruitment with strong experience in Pan-India Sales Recruitment, preferably from the FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Retail or Lifestyle industry.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in hiring Sales teams across India, along with high-volume retail and frontline hiring, including Beauty Advisors (BA) and similar customer-facing roles.

This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring someone who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure and joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Pan-India recruitment for Sales functions, including:
- ZSM / RSM
- ASM / Area Sales Manager
- Territory Sales / Sales Executives
- Business Development and other frontline sales positions
- Handle high-volume retail and frontline recruitment across multiple locations.
- Drive hiring for Beauty Advisors (BA) and other retail/customer-facing positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring sales and retail requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on experience, communication, industry exposure and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with business stakeholders and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Manage the complete recruitment process from Manpower Requisition → Sourcing → Screening → Interview → Selection → Offer → Joining.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Monitor Time to Hire, Offer-to-Joining ratio and recruitment closures.
- Build talent pools for frequently hired Sales and Retail positions.
- Coordinate with candidates during the notice period to ensure smooth joining and minimize dropouts.




- Work with recruitment agencies when required and manage external hiring partners effectively.

Mandatory Experience The candidate should have:

- Strong experience in Pan-India Sales Recruitment.
- Experience hiring FMCG Sales teams.
- Hands-on experience in hardcore retail/frontline hiring.
- Experience hiring Beauty Advisors (BA) or similar retail/customer-facing employees.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment.
- Ability to independently close positions across multiple cities.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-pipeline building skills.
- Good understanding of Sales designations and hierarchy such as ZSM, RSM, ASM, TSE/SE and frontline sales.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
