Key Responsibilities

1. Material Testing & Data Tracking

- Ensure timely testing of incoming raw materials, fresh & finished concrete, bricks/blocks, and NDT testing for concrete and structural steel as per the latest IS Codes.
- Maintain accurate tracking, recording, and reporting of all test results.

2. Quality Inspection & Defect Identification

- Identify defective areas in concrete works, structural steel welding, and other civil & finishing activities.
- Ensure quality assurance of repair works carried out by contractors by verifying compliance with standards and approved methods.

3. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain all documents as per IMS, QAP, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements.
- Submit updated records to Head Office via emails, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
- Prepare and submit monthly Quality Assurance Reports, Incident Reports, and other mandated documents.

4. Risk Assessment

- Identify potential quality-related risks across construction and finishing activities.
- Recommend preventive actions and improvements to mitigate quality risks.

5. Quality MIS & Manuals





- Prepare and maintain the Quality MIS Report.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Manual and maintain all required documentation.

6. Training & Capability Building

- Conduct onsite training/interactive sessions for site teams and contractors before the commencement of key activities.
- Prepare methodology documents, checklists, and training material as part of R&D; initiatives.

7. Snagging & De-snagging

- Perform QC checks for snagging and de-snagging activities.
- Ensure timely closure of snags and adherence to quality checkpoints.

8. Audit & Verification

- Conduct audits related to mock-up works and prepare audit reports.
- Verify checklists periodically against actual site execution.
- Audit and support handover-related completion certificate documentation for units.

9. R&D; and Process Improvement

- Develop and update methodologies, checklists, and training documents as required.
