Role Description The Assistant Manager – Packing is a full time, on-site role based at TRPL’s facility in Rajahmundry. This role oversees daily packing operations, ensuring solar glass products are packed safely, accurately, and in line with quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include planning and allocating work to packing staff, monitoring productivity, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, and maintaining proper documentation of packed goods.

The Assistant

Manager – Packing also ensures adherence to safety guidelines, manages packing materials and inventory, supports continuous process improvements,



and assists in training and guiding team members to meet operational targets.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in packing, warehousing, or production operations, preferably in glass, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments.

- Strong skills in team supervision, workload planning, and coordination with cross-functional departments such as production, quality, and logistics.

- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards, including careful handling of fragile materials and compliance with workplace safety procedures.

- Competence in record-keeping, reporting, and basic computer use for tracking inventory, preparing packing lists, and supporting dispatch activities.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide staff, resolve operational issues, and meet deadlines under pressure.

- Relevant educational background in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or a related field; a diploma or degree is preferred.

- Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a factory or plant setting is an added advantage.

- Willingness to work on-site in Rajahmundry and adapt to shift-based operations as required by business needs.
