The Assistant

Manager oversees day-to-day support across requisition and posting activities, candidate screening assistance, offer preparation, administrative coordination, reporting, audits, and process-quality activities. The role works closely with recruiters and stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver timely, compliant, and scalable recruiting support.

Role & responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from intake sessions with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Sourcing Strategies: Build robust talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, headhunting, employee referrals, and campus drives.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with departmental heads to understand staffing needs, define selection criteria, and deliver weekly hiring dashboards and analytics.
- Candidate Experience: Oversee interview scheduling, feedback collection,



and offer negotiations while maintaining proactive engagement to minimize drop-offs.
- Vendor & Process Governance: Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies, track performance SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and enforce ATS (Applicant Tracking System) hygiene.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 7-12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience supervising or leading a Talent Acquisition or recruiting operations team, including responsibility for day-to-day work, team performance, and service delivery.
- Experience managing high-volume, process-driven work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience supporting requisition administration, candidate screening, offer preparation, recruiting coordination, or related operational services.
