What makes the role meaty?

- Lead the central Control Tower for high-scale operations, governing and scaling the operations engine end-to-end.
- Design visibility metrics, decision protocols and escalation pathways; establish governance rhythms for accountability, fast decisions and proactive risk identification.
- Lead cross-functional programs that strengthen supply chain and fulfilment capability; build scalable SOPs and playbooks.
- Work closely with Hub Ops, Supply Chain, Last Mile, Planning and Quality and Customer teams to align priorities, resources and program goals.
- Coach analysts and coordinators, and enable teams through training, dashboards, frameworks and decision-support systems.
- Build and standardise SOPs,



playbooks and operating processes to improve consistency and scalability.
- Manage operational escalations with speed, structured problem-solving and strong on-ground judgment.
- Work with analysts and coordinators to improve analytical capability, process adherence and execution quality.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives and ensure accountability, timely execution and measurable outcomes.

We hope that you have..

- 3 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Food-Tech, FMCG or similar high-volume operations.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
- Strong systems-thinking ability and experience working with dashboards, processes, SOPs, playbooks or operational frameworks.
- Solid cross-functional stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with teams across functions and levels.
- Ability to prioritise quickly, manage multiple operational issues and make sound decisions under pressure.
