Cost Management & Control

- Monitor operational expenses to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and improve efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions for deviations.

Revenue Optimization

- Partner with sales and operations teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance revenue streams.




- Support pricing strategies and evaluate the financial impact of discounts or promotional activities.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, statutory regulations, and external audit requirements.
- Assist the central finance team with tax-related and audit processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Act as a finance business partner to the Rehab & Recovery Centre leadership.
- Provide data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accountability.
