Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to support financial operations, accounting activities, reporting, and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and timely completion of finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

- Review and verify invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting entries.

- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.

- Prepare and maintain financial reports, MIS, and reconciliations.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.

- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.

- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors.

- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.





- Assist the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and other financial activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
