Education: BE/B Tech- Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/E&C;

Location: Bahadurgarh

CNG Project:

1. Plan, execute, and monitor CNG station projects (mother, daughter, daughter-booster, online stations) till final commissioning.

2. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, statutory authorities, and internal teams for timely project execution.

3. Ensure adherence to safety standards, codes, and regulations (PESO, PNGRB, OISD, etc.).

4. Manage project documentation, approvals, and handover processes.

Operations & Maintenance:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of CNG stations ensuring optimal uptime and efficiency.

2. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for compressors, dispensers, cascades,



and other station equipment.

3. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate with OEMs/service providers for res resolution.

4. Monitor CNG station performance (compression ratios, gas losses, power consumption, etc.) and initiate improvement measures.

5. Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

6. Track asset health, maintenance costs, and equipment performance KPIs.

7. Ensure proper inventory management for critical spares and consumables.

8. Preparations of MIS, performance dashboards, and root cause analysis reports
