Position: Assistant Manager – CAPEX & Government Reconciliation

Organisation: Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital

Location: Pune

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified

Experience: 5–6 Years

Industry Preference: Hospital / Healthcare Industry Experience Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) accounting and reporting.

- Perform reconciliation of government-related accounts, receivables, and schemes.

- Ensure accurate accounting, compliance, and documentation related to CAPEX transactions.

- Coordinate with internal departments and government authorities for reconciliation and issue resolution.

- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and supporting schedules.

- Support audits and statutory compliance requirements related to CAPEX and government accounts.





- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual financial activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA with 5–6 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, reconciliation processes, and financial reporting.

- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

- Valuable analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
