Plan, execute, and monitor daily granulation activities as per the approved production schedule. Supervise dispensing-to-granulation activities, including sifting, dry mixing, wet granulation, drying, milling, and related operations. Operate and monitor equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Multi Mill, Octagonal Blender, and associated systems.

Ensure manufacturing activities are performed according to BMR/BPR, SOPs, and approved process parameters. Monitor critical process parameters such as mixing time, impeller/chopper speed, binder addition, granulation endpoint, drying temperature, and LOD. Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOP, data integrity, safety, and EHS requirements.

Review and complete batch manufacturing documentation accurately and on time. Investigate deviations, process abnormalities, and breakdowns; support root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation. Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth batch execution.

Ensure proper line clearance, area clearance,



equipment status labeling, and cleaning verification. Monitor equipment utilization, preventive maintenance requirements, and breakdowns in coordination with Engineering. Train and guide production officers, operators, and trainees on GMP, SOPs, safety, and process requirements.

Ensure proper manpower deployment and maintain discipline within the production area. Identify opportunities for improving productivity, yield, cycle time, and process efficiency. Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the granulation area.

Participate in technology transfer, process validation, cleaning validation, and scale-up activities as required. Ensure timely closure of deviations, change controls, CAPA, and other quality-system actions. Prepare and maintain production reports, shift reports, yield reconciliation, and other required documentation.
