Assistant Manager - Chartered Accountant Regulatory Reporting (RBI & NHB)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in regulatory reporting and compliance to join our Accounts & Finance team. The role will primarily focus on preparation and submission of RBI and NHB returns, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation, review, and timely submission of RBI and NHB returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting as per applicable guidelines
- Monitor and maintain compliance with RBI/NHB regulations, circulars, and updates
- Perform data validation, reconciliation,



and analysis related to regulatory filings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Operations) for data collection and validation
- Work closely with statutory/internal auditors and support audit requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all regulatory submissions
- Identify gaps in reporting processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in financial data analysis and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- CA Qualified with 0–2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance
