Job Context To drive profitable growth of the epoxy resin and epoxy hardener business by developing new customers, expanding existing accounts, identifying new applications, and creating sustainable market opportunities across coatings, construction chemicals, adhesives, flooring, and industrial segments for specialty segments.

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities

- Support the coating & construction chemical sales and marketing head by executing the business development plan and strategy for the region in C&C; segments.
- Value creation through new customers and strengthening the pipeline of business opportunities.
- Creating visibility for Aditya Birla Epoxy range of products through continuous customer engagement for growing specialty business.
- The key result area would be to develop the Specialty Business development in the region by:
- Current customer acquisition.
- New product approvals.
- Opportunity pipeline value.
- New application development projects completed.

- To help sales team in providing basic technical support in developing business for regular products.
