- Responsible for Safety & Security of operational assets •
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Security & Fire Safety department and staff members. •
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary. •
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures. •
- Developing processes pertaining to facility management, Fire safety, workplace safety, traffic management and Security. •
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the organizations and its offices administrative functions, security operations, Project and facilities. •
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and security of all space/office facilities, ensuring they meet regulatory and safety standards. •
- Responsible for Security and Safety vendor management, billing, and payment system. •
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. •
- Overseeing and leading transition and handover of projects/special projects and tracking progress towards company goals. •
- Conduct the security audit, fire safety check and surprise check. • Budget preparation, AOP related to Security & Admin. •
- Vendor’s selection as per the requirement of the company for Security & Admin. •
- Service agreements of the service providers and monitor their compliances. •




- Responsible for expenses of the heading department so that it all will be in the budgets. •
- Responsible for Incident reporting, escalation, and investigations on occurrence. Providing a zero-incident culture to the company. •
- Responsible for functionality of security and fire safety equipment and further needful for necessary rectification. • Visit to law enforcement agencies as Police, Fire, and traffic for keeping excellent rapport with them. •
- Monitoring the legal compliance related to obtaining the NOCs from concern departments. •
- Monitoring billing system of the service providers/vendors •
- Monitoring Salaries disbursal and the Govt compliances followed by the vendors to avoid any inconvenience to the company as principal employer. •
- Preparing and sending the MIS reports to all stake holders and highlighting the critical issues •
- Monitoring Fire safety and security training for the employees and security personnel. •
- Responsible for formulating current SOPS as per the requirement and if any amendment requires. •
- Responsible for conduction of Mock drills of emergency evacuation as per company norms in all the units of the Group. •
- Conduction of Security Risk Assessments and Vulnerability assessments for Existing & Proposed Sites.
