- Demonstrate strong design and technical proficiency using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to defined timelines.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and high-quality construction documentation with precision. ( if required )
- Coordinate closely with Design Architect throughout both design and construction phases to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Undertake regular and full-day on-site visits to monitor progress, supervise execution, and ensure compliance with design specifications. ( weekly )
- Ensure that all on-site work is executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Exhibit robust visualization and conceptualization capabilities to develop innovative design solutions.




- Demonstrate expertise in layout planning, color schemes, lighting design, and material selection. ( if required )
- Possess sound Basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and structural design coordination.
- Oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional architectural outcomes.
- Required Co – Ordination with various consultants ( like Architect ,Landscape ,MEP ,RCC, Liasoning Architect ,MOEF and etc ) , vendors and Site Team.
- Should be well verse with IGBC pre- Certification / Post -Certification and its documentation .
