We're hiring: Regional Head – Gujarat ?
Gujarat is one of India's most important markets for engineering plastics, from switchgear and electrical makers around Vadodara and Ahmedabad to the Sanand auto cluster and Rajkot's engineering belt. We're looking for a leader to own and grow Calco Poly Technik's business across the state.
About us
Calco Poly Technik Pvt. Ltd. has been making engineering-plastic compounds for 15 years, with manufacturing at Sonipat (Haryana). Our range covers PA6, PA66 and PBT compounds, PC Alloy compounds, and our UL-accredited FlamSaf flame-retardant grades.
What you'll do
- Own regional revenue targets, key accounts and new customer acquisition across Gujarat
- Build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1s and moulders in electrical, automotive and appliance segments
- Work with our technical and NPD teams on samples,
trials and grade development for customers
- Build the regional team and channel as the business scales
What you bring
- 10+ years in polymer / engineering-plastics sales, with a strong customer network in Gujarat
- A valuable understanding of PA, PBT, PC and FR compounds and the customer approval cycle
- Based in [Ahmedabad / Vadodara], comfortable travelling across the state
