Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (Plant Head) to lead and manage our manufacturing operations for uPVC Windows and Doors at our Ankireddipalli plant. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience in managing plant operations, team leadership, and a deep understanding of uPVC window and door manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities Plant Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
- Monitor production planning, raw material procurement, inventory management, and dispatch schedules.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high product quality.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including production, quality control, maintenance, logistics, and HR.
- Foster a positive work environment with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Technical Expertise

- Apply in-depth knowledge of uPVC window and door systems, including fabrication, assembly, and installation techniques.




- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot production or quality issues effectively.

Communication & Coordination

- Coordinate with the senior management and cross-functional teams for seamless plant operations.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, efficiency, and key metrics.
- Maintain good communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Implement and monitor health and safety programs at the plant.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. (MBA is a plus)
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, preferably in the uPVC windows & doors manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in plant operations management and team leadership.
- Robust knowledge of uPVC fabrication processes, machinery, and quality control.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Residing in or willing to relocate to Ankireddipalli, Hyderabad (Near Keera Gutta).
- Leadership experience with mid to large teams in a production setup.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Joining: Immediate or within short notice preferred
