Role Description

Position: AGM / GM – Automation & Systems Integration

Paradigm Realty is looking for a senior leader to own and scale enterprise-wide automation and system integration across Sales, CRM, Projects, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Compliance.

This role will act as a business-first system integrator, translating SOPs, RACIs, and stage-gates into digitized workflows, integrated platforms, and real-time dashboards. The objective is to drive cycle-time reduction, cost control, data integrity, and governance, while enabling leadership with a single source of truth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the enterprise automation and digital transformation roadmap
2. Integrate CRM, ERP, DMS, HRMS, procurement, billing, and BI platforms
3. Convert SOPs and approval matrices into system-enforced workflows
4. Automate sales funnel, collections, project controls, BOQ, and vendor management
5.



Build COO-level dashboards for sales velocity, cost variance, cashflow, and compliance
6. Drive system adoption, vendor governance, and change management
7. Ensure audit trails, data security, and regulatory readiness (RERA, GST, internal audits)

Qualifications

1. BE / BTech (IT, Computer Science) or MBA with solid technology and systems background
2. 12–18 years of experience in automation, enterprise applications, or system integration
3. Proven experience integrating CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and BI tools
4. Prior exposure to real estate, construction, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries preferred
5. Strong understanding of business processes across sales, finance, projects, and procurement
