Transport Arrangement

Handling Daily transport arrangement of worker bus facility, resolving RTO issues if any. Arranging transport for visitors/auditors whenever needed.

Housekeeping

Coordinating with daily cleanliness, collect the check list, manpower, availability, replenishing of cleaning stock, ordering, preparing of cleaning schedule, arranging replacement, clearing invoices, and coordinating payments with Accounts. Check on attendance and overtime details.

Security

Checking daily attendance of security, adding and explaining roles and responsibilities of the security on a weekly basis. Daily visitor data analysis.

Canteen

Handling cleanliness of Canteen area, daily data Updation for coupons, arrangement of chairs. Water facility on the floor.

Factory facility Management

Create service agreement with Gardening/carpentry/ electrical/plumbing/ Air condition/Painting/pest control and other repair maintenance, AMC renewals, Asmeeta / landlord coordination.

Waste management

Segregating waste (plastic/metal/paper), arranging vendor for disposal,



collect disposing documents, providing monthly data to the compliance team.

Training arrangement

Projector/ training room/ chair / refreshment arranging as per training requirement and as per instructions.

Engagement activity

Ordering food, bulk booking, hotel pre-booking, cakes, snacks, biryani, lunch, various celebrations, and Managing events.

1. Daily working as per Checklist and update in file.
2. Managing the activities of Printing, Post, Fax, Telegram, Telephone, Xerox, etc.
3. Uniform allotment/ replacement/ sizing and stock management.
4. Locker allotment, weekly inspection of lockers and managing.
5. Loading /unloading of goods.

6. Renovation where ever needed
7. ID cards/ Greeting Cards/ Certificates printing or other outsider printing activity.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
