Responsibilities
- Assume ownership of project installation and commissioning of aesthetic and dermatology equipment (laser, radio-frequency, ultrasound) across multiple sites.
- Schedule, oversee and execute planned maintenance tasks, backups, performance tuning and regular patch updates for enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA/ECC applications.
- Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on mechanical assets (Liebherr machines, dynamometers, fuel conditioners) and ensure they remain in “like-new” condition.
- Lead a team of maintenance associates, providing training, resources and motivation to meet PM compliance and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with service engineers for installation, repair and calibration of medical devices; provide in office support and training to hospital staff.
- Manage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) – track work orders, maintenance history, asset utilization and cost metrics.
- Execute SAP SD configuration, data archiving, PO creation, GRN processing and integration with third-party applications.
- Participate in SAP product roadmap discussions, identify optimization opportunities and drive upgrade/maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical design, configuration and testing documents; generate reports, analyze data and recommend process improvements.
- Handle manpower planning, resource allocation and supplier liaison to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with governance,
risk and safety procedures throughout all maintenance activities.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of medical/dermatology equipment.
- Strong functional SAP background (SD, PP/QM preferred) with implementation, configuration and upgrade experience on S/4HANA/ECC.
- Proven knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, breakdown analysis and CMMS usage.
- Proficiency in lubrication practices, LLF (low-level fault) detection and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor maintenance teams and handle manpower scheduling.
- Competent in MS?Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience with third-party integration, backup scheduling and performance tuning of enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, training of medical staff and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to travel to client sites (hospital, plant) as required; valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to industrial automation or electronic equipment installation (e.g., radar, ultrasound systems).
- Familiarity with SAP modules beyond SD (e.g., PP, QM) and experience with SAP data archiving.
- Certifications in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) or SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
Location
- Position based at xxxxx with occasional travel to client locations across regions.
