Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Assistant Manager – Distribution Business to lead and develop the Pan-India distribution network, drive sales growth, manage channel partners, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Pan-India distributor/dealer network.
- Develop new distributors, dealers and channel partners across India.
- Achieve sales targets and improve distribution, market coverage and revenue.
- Prepare and execute regional/territory-wise sales and distribution plans.
- Manage distributor relationships, stock levels, secondary sales and collections.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor distributor performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service teams.
- Conduct regular market visits, distributor meetings and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement channel schemes, promotions and incentive programs.
- Prepare MIS, sales forecasts, market reports and performance reviews for management.




- Lead and guide the distribution/sales team across different regions.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in distribution/channel sales, preferably in industrial products, bearings, engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong experience in dealer/distributor network development and Pan-India market handling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial and business-development orientation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Ability to independently lead teams and deliver sales targets.
