Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the department, ensuring productive last mile delivery and logistics management.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking & packing, and route planning.
- Handle manpower effectively to achieve operational efficiency and team leading goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain management and stress management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- 4-6 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in Last Mile Delivery, Delivery Operations, Warehouse Operations, Route Planning, Pick And Place, Manpower Handling, Team Leading, Last Mile, Supply Chain Management.
