Performance Management system
Assisting in the Goal setting process.
Tracking the completion of annual evaluation and ratings for all teams.
Coordinate with Department incharges for achieving timelines
Contract labour management
- Recruitment of workers through third party contractors.
- Coordinate with third party contractors for monthly attendance and payroll
- Verify the salary working and reconcile with SPINE NX
- Ensure timely processing of Final settlements & updation of records.
Solving queries of contractual labour on Attendance, leave, Overtime and salary.
Statutory Compliances
- Coordination with PF / ESIC consultant for all employee related queries.
- Ensure timely registration of employees on various portals
- Collecting challans and maintaining records of timely payments
- Manage apprentices hired under NATS
Employee Engagement
Initiating and executing various programs for employee engagement.
Coordination with Administration for proper arrangements.
Handling grievances pertaining to leave, attendance and payroll queries
