Role Description The Assistant Business Development role at Mantle is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the team member supports business growth by identifying prospective clients, assisting in outreach, and maintaining leads and pipelines for the agency. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing client presentations and proposals, and coordinating with internal creative teams to align services with client needs.
