Job Title: Prepration of MCD Sanctioned Drawings EODB

Buildgreen is looking for an experienced CAD Operator/Draughtsman with hands-on experience in preparing MCD/DDA sanctioned building drawings Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural and sanction drawings in CAD.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, site plans and area statements.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable MCD/DDA building bye-laws and sanction requirements.
- Make revisions based on architect/client/authority comments.
- Maintain accurate and properly organised CAD files.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in CAD.
- Prior experience with MCD sanctioned drawings in Delhi.
- Positive understanding of building bye-laws, FAR, setbacks and area calculations.
- Attention to detail and ability to independently prepare submission-ready drawings.

Engagement & Compensation:

This role will be offered on a contractual/project basis. Compensation will be variable depending on the scope, complexity and volume of work assigned.

Candidates with direct experience in MCD building plan sanction work will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹1,000.00 per day
