We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join a reputed Jewellery Showroom & Diamond Wholesale Company in Aminabad, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry and robust knowledge of accounting operations, GST, TDS, Tally Prime, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expense entries in Tally Prime.

Maintain accurate records of jewellery and diamond-related transactions.

Assist in GST compliance, reconciliation, and documentation.

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, records, and related documentation.

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.

Perform bank reconciliation and assist with regular account reconciliation.





Prepare reports and statements using MS Excel.

Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments regarding accounting-related matters.

Ensure proper maintenance and filing of financial documents.

Support the senior accounts team in monthly and year-end closing activities.

Candidate Profile The candidate should be a Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the jewellery industry. Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS is required. The candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records in a jewellery showroom and wholesale business.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
