Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team in the Solar & Electrical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar solutions, generating new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and supporting PM Surya Ghar Yojana rooftop solar installations across the Bhubaneswar territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers for solar solutions.
- Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, direct sales, and other business development activities.
- Promote and sell On-Grid and Hybrid Rooftop Solar Systems.
- Generate residential, commercial, and industrial solar business opportunities.
- Promote and facilitate customer acquisition under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Coordinate with customers and technical teams for solar panel installation and project execution.
- Conduct customer visits, site visits, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in the Bhubaneswar territory.
- Follow up with existing leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, site survey, installation, and customer support.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain daily sales, lead,



and customer follow-up reports.

Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
- ASM Experience: 2–9 years in Sales / Business Development.
- Sales Officer Experience: 1–2 years in Sales / Business Development.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, Government Projects, Corporate Sales, Insurance, or other relevant industries.
- Candidates from West Bengal who are willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Orissa), are also eligible to apply.

Salary & Benefits
- ASM Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Sales Officer Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
