Responsible for driving profitable territory growth through new customer acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and delivering application-based solutions. Focus on achieving sales, margin, and collection targets via solid customer engagement and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Growth: Deliver revenue and product mix targets; drive new business development and manage sales pipeline aligned to operating plans.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct customer visits, demos, trials, and recommend application-based solutions (adhesives/tapes) to improve processes.
- Territory Management: Plan coverage, maintain a strong sales funnel, and ensure accurate CRM tracking and forecasting.
- Commercial Management: Handle pricing, proposals, negotiations, invoicing, and collections (DSO focus).
- Market Intelligence: Track competitors, market trends, and customer risks; build counter-strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for demand generation and execution.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety,



and documentation standards.

Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of B2B/industrial sales experience (adhesives, tapes, consumables, or related).
- Background in engineering/science/business (Mechanical/Chemical preferred).
- Strong solution selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Exposure to OEMs/manufacturing sectors (auto, electronics, packaging, etc.) preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales tracking.
