Job Title : Asia ex-Japan Financing Team
Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct financial due diligence by reviewing borrower financials, projections, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain financial models covering cash flow, debt sizing, returns, sensitivity analysis, and covenants.
- Prepare investment memos, teasers, pitchbooks, and credit committee papers.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly transaction and portfolio reports and respond to stakeholder queries.
- Coordinate with Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Finance teams to support transactions.
- Track transaction documentation, covenant compliance, trigger events, and trade lifecycle milestones.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early signs of credit deterioration.
- Track macroeconomic and industry developments and communicate relevant insights to the team.
Requisites
- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, accounting, and corporate finance.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in financial due diligence, M&A;, valuation, or credit diligence.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, debt structures, and investment transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Solid commercial judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and cross-border teams.
- CFA Level I/II candidature or completion is desirable.
