Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Aruba Network Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support Aruba enterprise networking solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Aruba Switching, Wireless LAN (WLAN), Aruba Central, Mobility Controllers, ClearPass, and network security technologies. The consultant will be responsible for deploying, optimizing, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise campus and branch network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and support Aruba enterprise network solutions.
- Install, configure, and manage Aruba CX and ArubaOS-Switch platforms.
- Deploy and manage Aruba Wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure, including Access Points, Mobility Controllers, and Virtual Controllers.
- Configure and manage Aruba Central for cloud-based network monitoring and management.
- Implement VLANs, STP, RSTP, MSTP, LACP, VRRP, QoS, and Layer 2/Layer 3 switching.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including OSPF, Static Routing, and BGP (preferred).
- Configure SSIDs, RF optimization, roaming, band steering, client load balancing, and wireless security.
- Implement enterprise authentication using Aruba ClearPass, including:
- 802.1X Authentication
- MAC Authentication (MAB)
- Guest Authentication
- BYOD Onboarding
- Network Access Control (NAC)
- Integrate Aruba solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, and TACACS .
- Perform wireless site surveys, heat map analysis, RF planning, and wireless optimization.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, wireless performance, authentication, and roaming issues.
- Upgrade firmware,
perform preventive maintenance, and optimize network performance.
- Monitor network health using Aruba Central, AirWave, SNMP, Syslog, and third-party monitoring tools.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation plans, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with OEM TAC for critical incidents and escalations.
- Provide implementation, migration, and post-deployment support.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement Aruba wired and wireless network solutions.
- Perform installation, migration, upgrades, and health checks.
- Optimize wireless coverage and network performance.
- Configure and maintain Aruba Central, AirWave, and ClearPass.
- Troubleshoot complex wired and wireless network issues.
- Prepare implementation documentation and knowledge transfer documents.
- Coordinate with OEM TAC for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise networking and security best practices.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and assist in project delivery.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
