Artist Acquisition & Manager

Unmask Studio | Remote | Commission-Based

Unmask Studio is looking for a driven and well-connected Artist Acquisition & Manager to help us identify, approach, onboard, and manage creators, influencers, artists, and public figures for our growing artist management division.

This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed monthly salary.

Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential artist including influencers, creators, actors, singers, artists and public figures.
- Pitch Unmask Studio’s artist management services and onboard suitable artists.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with represented artist.
- Handle incoming brand, collaboration, endorsement, appearance, and partnership enquiries.
- Communicate and negotiate with brands, agencies, event companies, and other potential clients.
- Coordinate commercials, deliverables, timelines, contracts, and campaign requirements.
- Actively generate paid opportunities for the artist you manage.
- Work closely with Unmask Studio's brand partnerships and influencer marketing teams.
- Maintain skilled communication between artist, brands, agencies, and management.

Compensation This position is purely performance and commission based.

There is no fixed salary or monthly retainer.



Commission will be 20 percent of NET The manager will earn an agreed percentage of Unmask Studio's management earnings from successfully completed deals generated and/or managed through them.

The more artists you successfully onboard and the more commercial opportunities you generate, the higher your earning potential.
