About the role

AI is no longer a research topic. It is a working tool that businesses are using right now to answer customers, sort documents, write drafts and spot patterns nobody had time to find. As an Artificial Intelligence Intern at Crossing Infotech, you will help turn that promise into small, practical features. You will experiment with modern AI tools, test what they do well and where they slip, and help build prototypes that solve real business problems.

This is a hands-on, full time remote internship for people who are curious about AI, enjoy experimenting and like to check whether an idea actually works before calling it done.

What you will do

- Build small AI-powered features and prototypes using Python and AI APIs
- Write, test and refine prompts to get accurate and reliable outputs from language models
- Prepare, clean and label data used for training or evaluating models
- Train and test basic machine learning models using Scikit-learn
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency and bias, and record the results
- Explore automation ideas such as document summarisation, chatbots and data extraction
- Document experiments, prompts and findings so the team can build on them
- Share progress in daily check-ins and weekly review sessions

What we are looking for
- Working knowledge of Python




- Understanding of core machine learning concepts such as training, testing and overfitting
- Interest in generative AI tools and how prompts shape their output
- Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy or Scikit-learn is a plus
- Exposure to APIs, LangChain, TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus, not a must
- Creativity in solving problems and patience to iterate on experiments
- A stable laptop and reliable internet connection for full-time remote work

- Final-year students or recent graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS, IT, Maths, Statistics), MCA, M.Sc or related streams
- Self-taught learners who can show their skills through a GitHub project, Kaggle notebook or certification
- Anyone available to work full-time for the internship duration
