We're looking for an AI Engineer who can use AI tools in daily work and also build their own. You'll find manual workflows, automate them, and ship AI-powered tools that teams actually use.
What you'll do
1. Build and deploy AI tools, agents and automations with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
2. Use AI coding and productivity tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot) to move rapid
3. Design prompts, RAG pipelines and integrations with internal systems and third-party APIs
4. Turn business problems into working prototypes, then into production tools
5. Monitor, test and improve the tools after launch
What we're looking for
1. Strong Python; FastAPI or a similar backend framework
2. Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompting, function calling, embeddings, vector databases
3. Comfort using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow
4. A portfolio of tools, bots or automations you've built (GitHub or live demos)
5. Clear communication and the ability to work independently
