About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and industry-oriented AI/ML Trainer who can deliver high-quality technical training and mentor learners in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of industry experience, training expertise, and hands-on knowledge of contemporary AI technologies, particularly Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and technical training sessions.
- Mentor learners through hands-on projects, assignments, hackathons, and career-readiness activities.
- Develop training content including presentations, lab exercises, assignments, assessments, case studies, and project-based learning resources.
- Build and demonstrate real-world AI/ML applications using industry best practices.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Keep training content updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks,



and industry use cases.
- Ensure strong learner engagement and effective training outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML.
- Prior training/teaching experience is mandatory.
- Relevant industry experience in AI/ML is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and classroom engagement skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a practical and learner-friendly manner.

Educational Qualification

- MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent qualifications with relevant industry experience may also be considered.
