About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage FMCG sales operations across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in General Trade, distributor management, retailer handling, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales operations and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and expand distributor and retailer networks.
- Drive primary & secondary sales.
- Handle, mentor and monitor the sales team.
- Appoint and develop new distributors, retailers and outlets.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and outlet coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales movement.
- Manage distributor stock, orders and market activities.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Implement sales schemes and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and MIS.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.





Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of FMCG Sales experience.
- Food/FMCG product experience preferred.
- Strong General Trade / Traditional Trade experience.
- Hands-on experience in Distributor & Retailer Management.
- Team handling experience required.
- Solid knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and distributor network.
- Good negotiation, target achievement and market development skills.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR.
