The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving adoption and sales of vehicle safety and reflective solutions across the assigned territory. The role involves close engagement with government authorities, transport ecosystem stakeholders, fleet operators, fabricators, and channel partners, with a solid focus on regulatory-driven sales and vehicle safety enforcement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage strong relationships with RTOs, transport authorities, enforcement agencies, policymakers, and regulatory bodies to support vehicle safety programs.
- Advocate for vehicle safety standards and promote company solutions aligned with regulatory and enforcement requirements.
- Drive specification, approval, and sales by working closely with fleet owners, vehicle body builders, fabricators, and transporters.
- Manage and develop distributors and channel partners to ensure effective market reach, availability, and product visibility.
- Develop and execute territory-level sales and market strategies aligned with changing safety norms and enforcement trends.
- Conduct market mapping to identify opportunities across OEMs, retrofitment markets,



and government-led safety initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and product training to customers and partners to ensure correct usage and compliance.
- Track sales performance, enforcement activities, and competitive landscape; share regular updates with internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- 6–10 years of B2B sales experience in automotive, vehicle safety products, industrial solutions, or other regulatory-driven markets.
- Strong understanding of the transport ecosystem and vehicle safety regulations.
- Proven experience working with government bodies (RTOs, transport departments, enforcement agencies).
- Experience managing large fleet owners and institutional customers.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Sound commercial and negotiation capabilities, including pricing and channel management.
