Key Responsibilities

- Dealer Network Management: Develop, manage and strengthen dealer and distributor relationships across Raipur and assigned districts of Chhattisgarh.
- Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for V4 and V6 submersible pumps and other assigned products.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, appoint new dealers and expand the company's market reach.
- Field Visits & Meetings: Conduct regular market visits, meet dealers, retailers, electricians and other business partners to generate sales.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and provide effective sales support.
- Payment Collection:



Ensure timely payment collection, manage outstanding dues and maintain healthy dealer accounts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market demand, product pricing and customer feedback.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, track performance and share market updates with management.
- Target Achievement: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and improve market penetration.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical, submersible pump, water pump or related industries.
- Graduate or Diploma holder in Electrical, Mechanical or a relevant field.
- Robust knowledge of dealer and distributor network management.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Chhattisgarh.
- Proficiency in Hindi and local languages.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and independently manage assigned territories.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field sales activities.
