Role & responsibilities
- Manage Micro LAP business across multiple branches/locations.
- Drive loan sourcing, disbursement, and portfolio growth.
- Lead and manage Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and ROs.
- Build and manage DSA/connector/channel networks.
- Ensure achievement of monthly business and revenue targets.
- Monitor portfolio quality, collections, and delinquency.
- Develop market strategies for customer acquisition and business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and credit guidelines.
- Track branch-wise performance and take corrective actions.
- Robust experience in Micro LAP / Affordable LAP / Secured Business Loans preferred.
