Area Sales Manager - Affordable LAP

Location: Rajkot, Surat

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Affordable LAP business and achieve assigned sales targets
- Manage and motivate branch sales team for higher productivity
- Source business through open market, DSA, connectors, and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sourcing partners
- Ensure smooth processing from login to disbursement
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure policy compliance
- Identify market opportunities and expand business in the assigned area

Requirements:

- 58 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending
- Strong experience in open market sourcing and team handling
- Valuable DSA and connector network in local market
- Strong sales, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
