JOB SUMMARY

Ascent e-Digit Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to drive B2B sales and manage strategic customer accounts. The ideal candidate will build long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and achieve revenue targets across Government, Banking, PSU, and Enterprise customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and grow key customer accounts across Pudhucherry & Cuddalore
- Develop business opportunities in Government, Banking, PSU, and Enterprise sectors.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Handle Government and institutional tender opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support.
- Maintain sales pipeline, account reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 2 years + of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Hardware, Networking, or related technology products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Government and Banking procurement or tender processes is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Good analytical, reporting, and relationship management skills.

EDUCATION Any Graduate. Candidates with a technical or sales background will be preferred.
