A leading multinational organization is hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and business development for its Cleaning Workspace Safety vertical across North India.

The role involves managing B2B sales across segments such as Facility Management companies, Building Service Contractors, QSRs, Hotels, and Commercial Properties, with a strong focus on specification selling, channel expansion, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive specification and concept selling by working with consultants, FM companies, and end customers to incorporate solutions into annual tenders and contracts.
- Build and expand distributor and reseller networks across North India, including Tier B and upcountry markets.
- Manage end-to-end sales execution including forecasting, order management, billing, collections, and inventory coordination.
- Develop pricing and margin strategies while ensuring achievement of sales and collection targets.
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM activities through Salesforce (SFDC), including lead tracking, opportunity management, and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for campaigns,



lead generation, product demonstrations, and technical training.
- Identify recent applications, market segments, and growth opportunities within the cleaning and workplace safety domain.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5–7 years of experience in core B2B sales and business development.
- Strong experience in channel/distributor management and key account handling.
- Exposure to specification selling and concept selling preferred.
- Prior experience in industries such as Cleaning & Hygiene Solutions, Facility Management Services, Commercial Property Solutions, Floor Care, Surface Care, or Industrial/Safety Solutions would be an advantage.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent preferred.
