- Manage the overall portfolio of the assigned area, ensuring healthy growth and portfolio quality.
- Develop and execute area-level business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio expansion, renewals, cross-selling, and retention.
- Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency, collection efficiency, and risk indicators.
- Identify early warning signals and take corrective actions to minimize portfolio deterioration.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of overdue accounts in coordination with the collections team.
- Analyze portfolio MIS and performance dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, regulatory requirements, and credit guidelines.




- Conduct regular field visits to understand market conditions, customer requirements, and team performance.
- Guide, coach, and motivate area-level teams to achieve business and portfolio targets.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections, Sales, and other functions for smooth portfolio management.
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop strategies to improve market penetration.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and present key insights and action plans to senior management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolution of customer grievances.
- Maintain strong control over operational risks, documentation, and process adherence.
