Role Description The Area Manager role at The Yellow Bowl is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Area

Manager will oversee daily operations across designated outlets, ensuring consistent food quality, service standards, hygiene, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising and supporting outlet managers and staff, managing staffing schedules, monitoring inventory and procurement, and controlling costs to meet revenue and profitability targets. The role also includes handling customer escalations, implementing company policies and procedures, supporting local marketing and promotions, and preparing performance reports for senior management.

The Area





Manager will regularly visit outlets to coach teams, identify operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in multi-outlet restaurant or food service operations, with strong skills in team supervision and day-to-day store management.
- Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and basic HR activities, including performance feedback and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Competence in inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting or cost management to support profitability goals.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain positive guest relationships.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, and comfort with on-site travel between outlets within Delhi.
- Working knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements for restaurants.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant or retail sector is highly beneficial.
