1. 1. Help Operation Managers/Branch Managers in identifying potential areas for expansion in his/her area
2. Implement expansion plan by setting up current branches as per agreed targets
3. Implement and monitor new products and services outreach and awareness in the area to meet the established targets
4. Monitor achievement all the targets for the area for existing and new products including growth, member retention and branch overhead expenses
5. Monitor and review effective functioning and administration at all branches monthly.

Propose monthly targets for the branch and set targets for individual staff according to overall Annapurna standards and targets.
7. Complete monthly branch performance reviews on time and submit desired reports to the HO
8. Monitor and meet audit compliance requirements across all branches
9. Verify the cash deposit/withdrawal entries in the cash book tallies with the bank statement/passbook and deposit slip
10. Randomly verify the receipts with the EMI Register and the cash book.
11. Randomly verify the member passbook with the outstanding as per the Loan Ledger /MIS record
12. Randomly verify the amount shown in the loan sanction letter, loan disbursement sheet, promissory note, member passbook, and HO MIS and found correct
13. Updating and maintaining registers every day.
14. Cross verify the SHG meeting, and processes followed are as per the policies
15. Supervise, support, and motivate branch staff, ensure that supervisors are effectively supervising and supporting their staff.
16. Ensure a high standard of discipline. Promote and ensure teamwork.

1. Skills
1. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Friendly and professional demeanour.
4. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned state/region.
5. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, local authorities, and internal teams.
6. Strong team leadership and staff management capabilities.

1. Minimum Graduation and above in any stream

1. Minimum 5 Years of experience in MFI or Bank with hands-on exposure to team management, compliance, and operations.
