Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs).
- Drive sales, revenue, market share and customer acquisition.
- Strengthen distribution and expand SIM & Data selling outlets.
- Manage channel partners and improve channel profitability & satisfaction.
- Analyze market and competition to develop monthly sales plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and other stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and competition feedback.
- Coach and develop TSMs to achieve business KPIs.
