- Develop and implement community development programs to promote livelihood opportunities for underprivileged groups.
- Manage program coordination, mobilization, placement, skill development initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop strategies for corporate social responsibility projects.
- Oversee team management activities to ensure effective implementation of CSR activities.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in area head or similar role in NGO/social services organization.
- Robust background in community development, corporate social responsibility, mobilization, program coordination, skill development.
- Proven track record in managing teams and implementing successful CSR projects.
