Job Summary:

The Cluster General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the operations for a Cluster of Resorts (Total Inventory of 250 Keys) at a popular Hill Station in South India. This includes leadership, strategic planning, financial performance, and ensuring that the Cluster meets or exceeds its goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Multi Property/ Cluster Resort Operations in SOUTH INDIA, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Preference for Candidates with a proven track record of managing multiple properties, driving profitability, building high-performing teams, delivering guest satisfaction, and successfully managing owners' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- P&L; Responsibility for Operational Resorts in the Cluster .
- Participates in the development of business strategies for the Hotels which are aligned with Organization overall mission, vision, values and strategies
- Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement & employee retention.
- Achieves goal for RevPar by developing and implementing yield management strategies to increase occupancy and average rate in East region
- Achieves customer satisfaction and room revenue goals by supervising the entire hotel operations




- Meets and exceeds the expectations of the employees by utilising leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction of direct reports.
- Maintains safe and secure setting for customers and as well as for employees
- Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the guest experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver service and teamwork
- Adheres to Company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience

- 15-18 years experience in Hospitality/Resort operations with at least 2+ years as Cluster GM in SOUTH INDIA
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management
- Knowledge or hotel operations including; preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, quality assurance program, hospitality law, and long-range planning
- Strong core experience in hotel/resort operations, with a thorough understanding of operational excellence, guest experience, and revenue generation.
- Strong Food & Beverage/ Front Office operations experience will be preferred.
- Well-groomed, articulate, and possessing excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage and drive the performance of multiple properties.
- Experience in managing owner relationships
- Able to collaborate effectively with hotel employees and Managers to ensure teamwork
- Proven ability to lead teams across properties, maintain service standards, drive profitability, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
